Genetics Associates will soon be enhancing the security of our result portal by implementing Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA). This important update will provide an additional layer of protection, ensuring that
access to the portal is restricted to authorized users only. To facilitate this transition, it is necessary for each account to be linked to a unique email address. As a result, shared user accounts will no longer be permitted.
After MFA implementation, users will be prompted to enter a security code in order to proceed to the patient results page. An email containing the security code will be sent to the email address linked to the user account.
