NOTIFICATION: MFA Authentication Activations
Starting Sunday December 1st, 2024 Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) will be required to access accounts and pathology reports.
• Each account profile will need to have an email address assigned to it. Our customer service team can update your existing account profile and add an email address for those with a shared office e-mail address.
• If you do not have a shared email access, each user will need an individual profile set up and activated. Please provide our customer service team with: 1. User first name, 2. last name, and 3. e-mail address. Our team will complete the set up.
• If you need to make other changes to an existing user profile, add new users, or require assistance with the MFA setup, you can contact us directly as well.
